Lola Penston Raja is a Graphic Designer from South East London, focusing on book design, bookbinding and traditional design processes.
In studying at Kingston School of Art for 4 years (foundation + BA Graphic Design), and interning in two design studios in Amsterdam, I has explored a variety of analogue techniques. These include letterpress, Linoprint, Screenprint, box making and bookbinding. I also have a background in Risoprint and 5 years of Adobe InDesign software.
I’m excited by storytelling in forms of poetry and community writings. Much of my work includes the written word in a variety of languages and style.
